Financial Catalyst Ally
Guide conversations and build relationships in small group settings by facilitating application of spiritual and financial principles and providing accountability and empowerment. Serve for 12 weeks (meeting weekly), 12 months (meeting monthly), or 15 months (combining both options).
Frequency: Weekly or Monthly on Mondays in South Dallas or Thursdays in North Dallas, or inquire about one-time serving opportunities

Financial Catalyst Asset Purchase Advisor
Coach Financial Catalyst stewards one-on-one in making wise decisions and assist them in navigating the process of purchasing a home or vehicle, pursuing higher education, or starting a business. Professional experience in these processes is preferred.

Financial Catalyst AV/Tech
Manage audio and visual elements to create an excellent learning environment. Tasks involve setting up, using, and putting away mics, soundboard, and projectors. Training is provided! Serve for 12 weeks (weekly), 12 months (monthly) or 15 months (combining both options).

Job Connection Program Advocate
Advocates (mentors) walk alongside Job Connection Program participants by offering guidance, sharing personal employment experiences, answering gospel-related questions, and praying together. They provide hands-on support during workshops to help participants connect activities to their career goals.
Frequency: 2.5 hours every Thursday evening for 10 weeks per cohort in the Spring semester

Job Connection Program Career Coach
Career Coaches provide one-on-one coaching to Job Connection Program participants, supporting career clarity, goal setting, resumes, interview preparation, and workplace readiness. Coaches offer encouragement and accountability to help participants pursue and sustain meaningful employment.
Frequency: Biweekly during the 10-week program, in person or virtually.

Job Connection Program Facilitator
Facilitators lead skill-building workshops by presenting content and guiding discussion to meet learning goals. This flexible role allows volunteers to teach one or multiple sessions and is ideal for professionals seeking a meaningful, one-time serving opportunity.
Frequency: Varies by workshop but about 2.5 hours for facilitation + one pre-facilitation meeting.

Job Connection Program Hiring Partner
We invite local businesses to partner with the Job Connection Program by hiring recent graduates. Employers provide real-world experience, training, and mentorship while supporting participants’ professional growth and welcoming motivated, skilled talent into their teams.
Frequency: Ongoing hiring as available

THE BUSINESS COHORT CLASSROOM HOST/AV ASSISTANT
Be the first point of contact for participants and volunteers, welcoming everyone with Biblical hospitality. Assist in operating audio-visual equipment to ensure TBC events run smoothly. (No experience necessary!)
Frequency: Mostly Tuesdays, 1-2 times per month; Watermark North and South Campuses.

THE BUSINESS COHORT COACH
Step into discipling an entrepreneur through business guidance and spiritual support. Over 8 months, Coaches will help their mentee navigate an identified issue or goal, steward grant money, and learn how to glorify God in their day-to-day operations.
Frequency: Tuesdays, once per month starting in September; Watermark North and South Campuses

THE BUSINESS COHORT SERVICE PROVIDER
If you perform a small business service (such as bookkeeping, website design, reviewing contracts etc.) that you would like to offer as "pro bono" work for any of our members, we are always in need of helping hands.
Frequency: Flexible to volunteer's schedule.

THE BUSINESS COHORT TABLE HOST
Guide a small group of TBC Members during workshop breakout sessions. Help entrepreneurs apply workshop curriculum directly to their businesses and point them to Christ. TBC will provide hosts with a breakout guide to help facilitate discussion and activities.
Frequency: Tuesdays, once per month; Watermark North and South Campuses
