  • THE BUSINESS COHORT COACH

    Step into discipling an entrepreneur through business guidance and spiritual support. Over 8 months, Coaches will help their mentee navigate an identified issue or goal, steward grant money, and learn how to glorify God in their day-to-day operations.

    Frequency: Tuesdays, once per month starting in September; Watermark North and South Campuses

  • Financial Catalyst Ally

    Allies are small group leaders who guide conversations and build relationships by facilitating application of spiritual and financial principles and providing accountability and empowerment. There are opportunities to serve in North or South Dallas as an ally for 12 weeks (meeting weekly), 12 months (meeting monthly and pursuing one-on-one relationships outside of the meeting), or 15 months (combining both options).

    Frequency: Weekly or Monthly on Mondays or Thursdays

  • Job Connection Program Employer Partner

    We invite local businesses to partner with the Job Connection Program by offering employment opportunities for recent graduates. As an employer, your business can play a pivotal role by hiring and supporting talented graduates in their professional development. By participating, your business will welcome fresh, enthusiastic graduates into your team, offering them hands-on experience, mentorship, and a chance to develop new skills in a real-world setting. You will be tasked with guiding them through the workplace environment, offering training in job-specific skills, and providing ongoing support as they grow and evolve within your organization.

    Frequency: Ongoing hiring as available

  • Financial Catalyst Production Team

    Lead production efforts by managing audio-visual needs at Financial Catalyst. Tasks involve setting up, using, and putting away mics, soundboard, and projectors. Training is provided! There are opportunities to serve in North or South Dallas for 12 weeks (weekly), 12 months (monthly) or 15 months (combining both options). South Dallas), any prior A/V experience, and why you're interested in serving.

    Frequency: Weekly or Monthly on Mondays or Thursdays

  • THE BUSINESS COHORT CLASSROOM HOST/AV ASSISTANT

    Be the first point of contact for participants and volunteers, welcoming everyone with Biblical hospitality. Assist in operating audio-visual equipment to ensure TBC events run smoothly. (No experience necessary!)

    Frequency: Mostly Tuesdays, 1-2 times per month; Watermark North and South Campuses.

  • Job Connection Program Facilitator

    Facilitators lead our skill-enhancing training workshops on various topics/skills. They are responsible for presenting information, guiding discussions, and meeting the workshop objectives. This role is crucial to the Job Connection Program’s skill-enhancing workshops and requires strong communication and leadership skills.

    Depending on availability, facilitators can teach a single workshop or multiple workshops. This is a great one-time serving opportunity for those with expertise in a specific area who want to make an impact.

     Frequency: Varies by workshop but about 2.5 hours for facilitation + one pre-facilitation meeting.

  • Job Connection Program Host

    A Host is the first point of contact for participants or guests. They welcome individuals, provide them with necessary information, and create a warm and inviting atmosphere. This role is key in making participants feel comfortable and valued.

    Frequency: This role's commitment is for 10 weeks per cohort, running in both the Spring and Fall semesters on Thursday evenings.

  • THE BUSINESS COHORT TABLE HOST

    Guide a small group of TBC Members during workshop breakout sessions. Help entrepreneurs apply workshop curriculum directly to their businesses and point them to Christ. TBC will provide hosts with a breakout guide to help facilitate discussion and activities. 

    Frequency: One Tuesday every 1-3 months starting in November; Watermark North and South Campuses

  • THE Business Cohort Workshop Facilitator

    Have an area of expertise you'd like to share? Lead one of our skill-enhancing workshops on various topics for TBC Members. Topics may include, but are not limited to: Marketing, Sales, Legal, Accounting, Business Operations, Biblical Principles for Business, and Business Technology. 

    Frequency: Opportunities available on Tuesday evenings; Watermark North and South Campuses

  • THE BUSINESS COHORT SERVICE PROVIDER

    If you perform a small business service (such as bookkeeping, website design, reviewing contracts etc.) that you would like to offer as "pro bono" work for any of our members, we are always in need of helping hands. 

    Frequency: Flexible to volunteer's schedule.

  • Write Prayer Notes to CDC Participants and Volunteers!

    Write encouraging prayer notes to participants and volunteers in Financial Catalyst and the Job Connection Program!
