  • Financial Catalyst Table Host

    Create a welcoming environment, build relationships, and guide conversations at a semester-long class, which teaches biblical stewardship principles through relational discipleship, financial literacy, and empowerment. Serving as a table host in North or South Dallas opens opportunities to lead small groups after the class or become certified as a facilitator.

    • Frequency: Weekly on Tuesday or Thursday evenings by semester

  • Financial Catalyst Family Support

    Serve parents attending Financial Catalyst in South Dallas by creating a welcoming environment and caring for kids ages 3 years old through 5th grade, while sharing God’s love through Bible stories, worship, and creative activities. To get started, please click "Apply" and tell us about any previous experience working with children and why you're interested in serving.

  • Financial Catalyst Production Team

    Lead production efforts by managing audio-visual needs at a semester-long class, which teaches biblical stewardship principles through relational discipleship, financial literacy, and empowerment. Tasks involve setting up, using, and putting away mics, soundboard, and projectors. Training is provided!   • Financial Catalyst Class Lead

    Partner with Financial Catalyst team to provide guidance and care to volunteers and oversight of operations at a semester-long class in North or South Dallas, which teaches biblical stewardship principles through relational discipleship, financial literacy, and empowerment.

    • Frequency: Weekly on Tuesday or Thursday evenings by semester

  • Job Connection Program Advocate

    Come alongside participants navigating the workplace and be a promoter of God’s design for work. Lead a participant through career training workshops and develop Christ-centered relationships in and outside the classroom. We meet every other Thursday evening from 6-8:30 PM at the Watermark South Dallas campus.

  • Job Connection Program Facilitator

    Serve with us by teaching a biblically-based job-readiness training class that embraces the intersection of work and life across socio-economic cultures. We meet every other Thursday evening from 6-8:30 PM at the Watermark South Dallas campus.

  • Job Connection Program Table Leader

    Greet and help participants get acclimated. Participate and lead a small group during workshop trainings and activities. We meet every other Thursday evening from 6 PM - 8:30 PM at the Watermark South Dallas campus.

  • Business Cohort Business Coach

    Serves with a Coach to help support a South Dallas business leader and assist as they implement the curriculum into their business

    • Open Positions: 12

    • Frequency: Four times per month

  • Business Cohort Classroom Host

    Help set up, greet and engage with participants & volunteers, complete admin support, and provide a welcoming environment

  • Business Cohort Assistant Coach

    Serve with a Coach to help support a South Dallas business leader and assist as they implement the curriculum into their business

  • Write Prayer Notes to CDC Participants and Volunteers!

    Write encouraging prayer notes to participants and volunteers in Financial Catalyst and the Job Connection Program!

    • Frequency: Varies
