Restoring Hope and Dignity Through Work

Job placement is a key focus for Watermark CDC, along with skill training programs. We are committed to helping job seekers prepare for a career through mastering a trade or sharpening a specific skill.

The Job Connection Program

The Job Connection Program empowers under-resourced individuals and communities through employment, training, and discipleship. Come learn how to overcome roadblocks to employment, find a job, and develop a meaningful career.

Career seekers meet every other week through the first 180 days of employment in a job-readiness course. Each individual is paired with an advocate for encouragement in navigating the workplace and understanding God’s design for work.

Vocational Training

Computer Literacy Courses offer an opportunity to decrease the digital divide in our communities. In partnership with Dallas College, we provide introductory and intermediate computer literacy courses customized to your skill level. Stay tuned for future classes.

See for yourself

“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, 24 knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.”

-Colossians 3:23-24
