This month, all 13 neighbors graduated from our Job Connection Program, Work Foundations Pathway! People who didn’t wait for perfect conditions to change their lives. They stepped in with determination and stayed committed through every workshop, every interview, every moment of growth.

Over the past several weeks, these graduates prepared for the workforce in practical, hands-on ways. Alongside 17 volunteers, they built confidence in interviews, strengthened workplace communication, received professional headshots, identified their strengths, and learned more about how to show up in the workplace.
Every resume completed, interview practiced, and step of faith led to this moment.
This graduation represents doors opening, hope being restored, and people believing their story is still being written.
The impact speaks for itself:
• Employment nearly doubled — from 38% to 77%
• 54% of participants secured a job or a better job during the program
Job Connection Program is more than workforce training—it is a turning point. It builds real skills, creates opportunity, and reminds each person that their identity and worth are rooted in Christ, not in a job title.
