Spring brings new life, and our team has embraced it with God-centered decisions, tireless effort, and unwavering dedication. In these past weeks and months, we’ve met milestones, reached goals, and partnered with countless supporters, career seekers, businesses, and new friends. This is all possible because of God’s grace and you, our partners. The impact speaks volumes.
In Job Connection Program, we’re wrapping up an amazing Spring '25 cohort—and we’re celebrating big! 🎓 🎓 On May 15th, we honored the hard work and growth of our career seekers during graduation at Watermark South Dallas. It was an incredible evening recognizing their journey and all God has done this season.
We successfully completed all 10 workshops this spring, wrapping up with a powerful final session on mock interview prep. 🙌 It’s been an incredible time of growth, skill-building, and preparation for what’s next.
We’ve covered everything from professional headshots and resumes to conflict resolution, communication, biblical teaching, cover letters, and more! We had 12 Career Seekers join our Workshop Pathway, diving into in-person sessions focused on employability and real-world skills. Another 5 Career Seekers participated in the Career Coaching Pathway, connecting virtually to build networks and set bold goals toward employment.
In Financial Catalyst, we launched the new structure, and it’s off to an incredible start! Every Monday at Watermark South Dallas, 15 dedicated stewards and 10 rockstar volunteers gathered to grow, learn, and transform their approach to money management through a biblical lens.
The energy was unmatched—record-breaking attendance, authentic conversations, and stewards diving deep with honest, challenging questions. Our allies couldn’t stop raving about the engagement!

At The Job Connection Program, our neighbors aren’t just preparing for jobs—they’re launching into careers with confidence and calling. From hands-on training to mock interviews, every step is about building a future rooted in dignity and direction. 🙌
Discipleship is taking place and deep relationship bonds are developing between neighbors and volunteers.
With the first three months in the books, this Financial Catalyst cohort has now shifted into Phase Two. Since the first of May, stewards and allies are meeting once a month to hear from dynamic guest speakers, reflect together in small groups, and share progress.
And here’s the best part: by April 2026, this cohort of stewards will begin purchasing the very assets they’ve been saving for—homes, vehicles, business assets, and education—with a 2:1 match on their savings. Let’s go!
